Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled class without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Studio Closures

In the event of unexpected studio closure, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Group Class Refunds

Group classes require a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not met, a full refund will be issued.

Private Lesson Refunds

Private lessons can be rescheduled once without penalty. Further cancellations are subject to the 24-hour rule.

Corporate Event Refunds

Corporate events require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Kids Class Refunds

Refunds for kids' classes are available if cancelled 48 hours in advance due to safety and planning requirements.

Material Fees

Fees for clay, glazing, and firing are non-refundable once the process has begun.

Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

Gift Class Refunds

Gifted class packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

Membership Cancellations

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time, but no refund is given for unused days in the current month.

Damaged or Lost Projects

We are not liable for damage or loss of student projects after class completion or after 30 days of storage.
